Canyoning Initiation Course
This initiation canyoning course is designed for those athletes who want to continue progressing in canyoning with safety and autonomy. Guides de Torla puts at your disposal professionals with long experience in canyoning and teaching that will transmit the techniques and tactics necessary to get started in this exciting sport with total autonomy and safety.

BARRANQUISM COURSE
OBJECTIVES:
- Learn the basic knowledge to move freely and safely in the ravines.
- Distinguish the possible dangers that we may encounter in the course of the descent and use the necessary techniques to manage these dangers.
- Know how to read the flow rates and water to make the right decisions.
- Interpret the ravine reviews correctly.

- Equipment and material
- Topography of the ravines.
- Rivers reading.
- Knowledge of the environment and risk prevention.
- Cordless progression techniques:
- March, approach, during and return of a ravine. Choice of the correct itinerary.
- Swimming: security position
-Buceo: passage of siphons, recovery of lost objects ...
- Jump: jump techniques.
-Tobogán: slide techniques.
-Destrepe: techniques of ascent and descent in different terrains.
- Rope Progression Techniques
- Rappel maneuvers: classic rappel, rappel in rapid, double brake rappel, detachable rappel, adjusted rappel, guided rappel.
- Self-assurance maneuvers: from above (dynamic knot) and from below.
-Mounting zip lines and cable cars.
- Handrail assembly: no intermediate points, recoverable, with intermediate points.
