Lapazosa Gorge or Barranco

The ravine of Lapazosa is located in the Valley of Bujaruelo Por Lapazosa or Sandaruelo ravine it is one of the wonderful canyons near Torla-Ordesa. The water of this system of high peaks of the Pyrenees, has sculpted a sinuous path to enjoy the practice of canyoning in the Pyrenees. After an entry jump, its icy waters will slide with us through its beautiful slides, rappels and waterfalls that will delight any barranquista. The ideal time for this ravine varies every year but normally goes from mid June to early August offers optimal conditions. The autumn in numerous occasions offers optimal conditions for the descent with warmer waters (rain).

Descent of Barranco Lapazosa in Ordesa

Activity

The Lapazosa ravine is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the Pyrenees. During the approach march we will enjoy the cows and other animals while they enjoy the high pastures. At the end of our journey, the marmots will say goodbye to our departure towards this great adventure while they frolic in the sun ... This ravine channels all the water that comes down from Sandaruelo but also from Los Gavietos and the port of Bujaruelo. In normal conditions we are facing a ravine that is not completed until the end of June due to the excessive flow that in many steps of the ravine will surprise us with its strength.

Reduced ratio of 6 people per guide at this level of descent. Safety and enjoyment.
