INTRODUCTION COURSE TO CLIMBING VARIOUS PITCHES ON ROCK.
This introductory course to multi-pitch rock climbing requires prior knowledge. We will lay the foundations for all the essential content to safely and autonomously enjoy this sporting discipline.
If you have ever considered climbing several pitches and you already climb in climbing walls and climbing schools and you want to be able to go out safely and try to give your best in this discipline with the autonomy of knowing how to do things well... this is your course.
Know the climbing equipment and its use. Learn to secure your partner. We will start equipping some climbing routes so that you can start climbing in seconds. Always with the sane above you to go with total safety. We will improve the technique. Once a level has been consolidated, we will teach you to equip sport climbing routes and to set up the meeting so that you gain autonomy.
The satisfaction that we get from chaining a route and the disconnection that this modality of initiation to sport climbing offers us, deserve a try.

Come and enjoy this end of the 2024 winter season. Looking ahead to Easter, we offer the last 3-day Mountaineering Initiation Course on March 29,30, 31 and XNUMX.
Our Mountaineering Initiation Courses in Ordesa and the Pyrenees are designed for any mountaineer who wishes to enter the world of the winter mountain with knowledge and safety.
We have a training room to develop theoretical content with the help of the PC that will serve as a basis in your future outings. You will learn how to plan your winter mountain outings safely and from home.
It is a course of autonomy in winter mountain in which it is not necessary to have experience in mountain with snow. Discover the safety techniques to progress on snowy and steep terrain with our guides.
We will develop content such as;
Cartography, nivology, weather forecasts and types of snow that we can find, use of technical equipment such as crampons, ice axes and ropes for progression and safety, as well as the use of Arva to search for avalanche victims, are several of the contents you will find our Climbing Course in Pyrenees.
The usual schedules for the beginner courses in the Pyrenees are from the 8: 30 am to the 17: 00 pm. It is usually eaten in the mountains and we usually alternate theoretical sessions with practical sessions.
The usual development sites are Ordesa, Bujaruelo, Valle de Tena or Bielsa. We adapt the place of development according to the weather and conditions of the mountain.
In the Mountaineering Initiation Courses in the Pyrenees and Ordesa, we include the technical material for progression and basic safety. Crampons, ice axes, harnesses, helmet, rope, quickdraws, snowshoes ... These will be provided by the organization if they are necessary for the mountaineering course.

2-day Canyoning Initiation Course.
On the next 13th and 14th we will do a Canyoning course. Enjoy the course and learn to move through the ravines with autonomy and safety. Organizing the activity, necessary material, escapes, setting up meetings, basic rope progression maneuvers, etc., will be several of the topics to work on. As well as the basic knots that will allow us to progress through both aquatic and dry ravines.
We recommend a course of 3 or 4 days to see all the matter in more detail and better assimilate the concepts, taking the course in two weekends. If you do not have so many days, you can take this 2-day course.
The course will be developed according to the meteorology and the flow rates of the ravines at that time and can be done in both Guara and the Pyrenees.

OBJECTIVES:
- Learn the basic knowledge to move freely and safely in the ravines.
- Distinguish the possible dangers that we may encounter in the course of the descent and use the necessary techniques to manage these dangers.
- Know how to read the flow rates and water to make the right decisions.
- Interpret the ravine reviews correctly.
CONTENTS:
- Equipment and material
- Topography of the ravines.
- Rivers reading.
- Knowledge of the environment and risk prevention.
- Cordless progression techniques:
- - March, approach, during and return of a ravine. Choice of the correct itinerary.
- - Swimming: security position
- -Buceo: passage of siphons, recovery of lost objects ...
- - Jump: jump techniques.
- -Tobogán: slide techniques.
- -Destrepe: techniques of ascent and descent in different terrains.
- Rope Progression Techniques
- - Rappel maneuvers: classic rappel, rappel in rapid, double brake rappel, detachable rappel, adjusted rappel, guided rappel.
- - Self-assurance maneuvers: from above (dynamic knot) and from below.
- -Mounting zip lines and cable cars.
- - Handrail assembly: no intermediate points, recoverable, with intermediate points.
- Knots (dynamic, crossbow, eight, nine ...)
The first flow of spring will let us enjoy our favorite activity while we learn the necessary techniques.
