El Aneto It is the main peak of the entire massif of Maladetas y Montes Malditos. It is also the highest peak of the Pyrenees with its 3.404 meters. For this reason and several of its passages make it an emblematic peak. The glacier, its Muhammad's Pass and the distance in distance that it is from the last point accessible by car by its classic route, makes this ascent a long and beautiful day in the mountains.

At the end of spring and in summer we can approach La Besurta by car, just 45 minutes from the refuge. With what we can face this ascent in 1 single day. No need to spend the night in the shelter. From there we will start the ascent.

The orientation of the route is purely North. If we add this to its great height, they make Aneto a less special ascent. Indispensable for any mountaineer lover of Pyrenees.
