Tresmiles of Ordesa

It ascends to the most impressive three thousand of the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido.

This crossing we call "de los tresmiles", is a journey that runs through most of the tresmiles found in the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. For three days we will ascend twelve summits of more than 3000 meters. This high mountain excursion will allow us to know the National Park as well as the area of ​​the Pyrenees National Park in France from the panoramic view that the heights of all these peaks give us.

 

This is a very complete journey in which we will find ourselves second grade climbs. We will enjoy the stars in our high altitude bivouacs and we will walk the less frequented trails of the National Park

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Day 1:

We will start from the vicinity of the Cierracils viewpoint (2.250m) to where we will have reached the Las Cutas track with our 4X4. From this point we will walk above the vertiginous walls of the Ordesa Valley from where we will have impressive views of the Valley crossing Mondicieto and Sierra Custodia towards the Collado de Arrablo. From this hill we will not go to our first summit "Punta de las Olas 3.022m" from this cover we will have the impressive views of the Añisclo Valley. We will pass through the Braudimon 3.023m to enjoy the views of the Pineta Valley. We will progress ascending to Soum de Raimont or Pico Añisclo 3257m. As the last peak of the day we will ascend to the great limestone mass of Monte Perdido 3.348m. We will descend to the Frozen Lake where we will mount our first bivouac.

Elevation: 1500 positive. 950 negatives

Day 2:

After spending the night under the stars we will leave for the Marbore cylinder 3.325m to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Marbore, the Astazu Peaks, Tuca Roya ... Our next objective will be the Peak Marbore 3.251m going through the Turquoise 3.092m. From this point we will have the Gavarnie Valley in sight. We will continue towards the peak of the Waterfall 3.111m that will place us on top of the magnificent Gavarnie Circus.

Our next objective will be the 3.012m tower first and the Marbore Helmet 3.011m. Once these summits have risen, we will go to our second bivouac in the famous Rolan Gap, passing through the Sarrios Pass chain.

Elevation: 1150m positive. 1250 negatives

Day 3:

We will wake up in one of the mythical places of the Pyrenees where after breakfast we will depart towards the summit of Taillon 3.144m we will enjoy the beautiful views that this summit gives us to descend towards the neck of the 3035m Gabietos to later ascend these two summits, ending the ascents. From Los Gabietos we will begin a long and beautiful descent towards the Ordesa Valley passing through beautiful places such as La Catuarta, the Circo de Carriata and its pegs before entering the lush forest that will deposit us in the Pradera de Ordesa. Where we will catch the bus that will take us back to Torla.
