Ferrata Combined in Guara

Ferrata de Rueba and Ferrata del Palomo.

For the weekend of June 15 and 16 we have an activity of two consecutive days doing the ferratas of Peña Rueba and Canal del Palomo.

Ferrata Peña Rueba.

The Peña Rueba ferrata is located in the vicinity of Riglos.

It is an excursion that mixes hiking with via ferrata and cresterio.

On this occasion we propose one of the most interesting routes in the Murillo area. On this tour we will do two ferratas Varela Portillo and ferrata de la Mora. It is a circular route passing through an incredible environment with the Mallos de Riqlos as witnesses. On this route we will do two ferratas, one going up and the other down, plus a long stretch of crest that falls vertiginously over the Gallego river.

Pigeon Channel Ferrata

The Canal del Palomo ferrata is located in Los Ligüeri mallets next to the reservoir Vadiello.

The Palomo ferrata is one of the classic and emblematic ferratas of Aragon.

The route of the Ferrata del Palomo runs through a narrow canal equipped. The route has three areas, we will begin with some small projections, we will enter the canal itself and we will find a vertical section that with the help of the pegs and different athletic steps. Before leaving the canal we will come across a more committed step, we will have to progress along a smooth wall and like the entire canal slippery. Overcome a small crash we will be up.

During the tour of the canal, it is common to see newts in the small slopes, so in no case will we be able to enter them.

Once we have passed the canal we have not finished the adventure yet. We will begin the descent walking through a beautiful natural balcony tied to the life cable. We will have two equipped projections to descend before entering the path that will take us back to the car.
