• Be able to distinguish, avoid and manage inherent dangers to the activity itself.
• Learn to progress safely with crampons and ice ax, basic self-arrest technique.
• Learn and / or improve the technique of descent in snows of each participant.

You must bear in mind that you must have a good level of skiing on the piste for a good use of this course. Therefore, as the course takes place in virgin snow (snow without stepping on or any trace of ski), it is necessary to descend correctly on red slopes.
