This introductory rock climbing course does not require prior knowledge. We will establish all the bases of all the essential content to enjoy this sport discipline safely and autonomously.

If you have ever thought about rock climbing, climbing in the climbing wall or with friends and you want to be able to go out safely and try to do your best in this discipline with the autonomy of knowing how to do things well… this is your course.

Know the climbing equipment and its use. Learn to secure your partner. We will start equipping some climbing routes so that you can start climbing in seconds. Always with the sane above you to go with total safety. We will improve the technique. Once a level has been consolidated, we will teach you to equip sport climbing routes and to set up the meeting so that you gain autonomy.

The satisfaction that we get from chaining a route and the disconnection that this modality of initiation to sport climbing offers us, deserve a try.
