The water freezes forming structures whose beauty is difficult to describe. The temperature, the amount of air, the flow, the pressure, the wind and many other factors interact in an equation that will enchant you as if it were a siren. In this ice climbing course, we will not only teach you how to properly use the technical tools, but we will also look for the most beautiful accessible ice waterfall to interpret its nature. It is a discipline that can be done safely and we would like to be able to teach you and share this wonderful activity.
You can follow the evolution of temperatures in the area with the Cebollar meteorology station.
You must keep in mind that we will find ice waterfalls and ice ledges in high mountain terrain, so it will be necessary to have mountaineering knowledge to be able to take this course. We recommend our mountaineering initiation course as a previous step to this course.
