Event Details

Guided ascent to the Lost Mountain in 2 days.

We have a guided ascent to Monte Perdido scheduled. The most emblematic summit of the National Park awaits us.

El Monte Perdido It is the main peak of the whole mass of the three Sorores and the third highest peak of the Pyrenees with its 3.355 meters. The height together with its beautiful passages make it an emblematic peak. The Valley of Ordesa, the famous Escupider and its isolation make this climb a long and beautiful day in the mountains.

Ascension:

April 3 Approach to the Goriz refuge and spend the night in MP.

April 4 ascent to Monte Perdido.

When the snow level is below 2300 meters we will have to plan the ascent in 2 days, since we will not be able to access it in 4×4 up to 2150 meters along the Miradores track. We will leave from the Pradera de Ordesa towards the Goriz refuge where we will stay at MP. During this journey we will enjoy the magnificent Valley and its waterfalls.

And on the 2nd day, we will enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley as we ascend to the summit. We will pass through the City of Stone, Frozen Lake and the famous Spittoon. During the entire journey we will have to use our crampons and ice ax. Once we have passed the Spittoon, we will only have to access the summit. From there we will enjoy unbeatable views over the three valleys of the National Park

An essential ascent for all mountaineering lovers in the Pyrenees. Enjoy it with the safety of our guides.

(In case it has not appeared at the lower levels, we can plan the winter ascent in 1 day with 4×4 support.
