Guided ascent to Monte Perdido in 1 or 2 days.

Between the next 15 and 19 December we have scheduled the guided ascent to Monte Perdido. The most emblematic summit of the National Park awaits us.

El Monte Perdido It is the main peak of the whole mass of the three Sorores and the third highest peak of the Pyrenees with its 3.355 meters. The height together with its beautiful passages make it an emblematic peak. The Valley of Ordesa, the famous Escupider and its isolation make this climb a long and beautiful day in the mountains.

Ascension:

Availability between December 15 and 19.

If the winter conditions are still dry we will raise the ascent in just 1 day. As long as the snow level is high and does not fall below 2300m, we will access in 4 × 4 up to 2150m on the Miradores track. In case the snow falls below that level, we will not be able to access the track and we will do the ascent in 2 days. We will leave from the Pradera de Ordesa towards the Goriz refuge where we will stay at MP. During this journey we will enjoy the magnificent Valley and its waterfalls.

And on the 2nd day, we will enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley as we ascend to the summit. We will pass through the City of Stone, Frozen Lake and the famous Spittoon. During the entire journey we will have to use our crampons and ice ax. Once we have passed the Spittoon, we will only have to access the summit. From there we will enjoy unbeatable views over the three valleys of the National Park

2-Ascent to Monte Perdido in 2 days sleeping in the Goriz refuge.

3-Double ascension !!! Ascent to Monte Perdido and Taillon in 3 days!

We propose the option of carrying out these two summits in 3 days.

1st DAY. Approach through the Ordesa valley to the Goriz refuge. Accommodation to MP.

2nd DAY. Ascent to Monte Perdido and return to the Goriz refuge. Accommodation to MP.

3rd DAY. Ascent to the Taillon and descent to Ordesa through the Circo y Clavijas de Cotatuero.
